Refund Policy

Any amendments and/or refunds must be made in writing to the conference organisers. Cancellations received in writing before 10 October 2012 will receive a refund, less an administration fee of NZ$35. No refunds will be made to cancellations received after 11 October 2012, however a substitute delegate is welcome. To transfer your registration to a substitute delegate please inform us in writing before 18 October 2012, a NZ$15 administration fee applies.
